Who is it for?
Store owners doing over US$100k a month, profitably. If your store isn’t profitable yet, or you want someone to do it all for you on a retainer, we’re not the right fit.
What actually happens in the four weeks?
Two 90-minute sessions a week, live on your store. Week one the AI learns your business. Week two we connect your live data and the morning brief starts landing. Week three we build your first automation together. Week four you drive, build the second one, and we hand over.
How much of my time does it take?
About 12 hours with us across the four weeks. The sessions are the build; between them we’ll give you a few small things to do so you get the most from it.
I’m not technical. Will I keep up?
The install is built for non-technical owners. We drive, you watch and learn, and by week four you’re building alongside us.
What do I own at the end?
Everything. It runs on Claude, inside your own accounts, on your data. No retainer, no contract. If we never speak again, it keeps working. You also get 12 months of community access, a weekly group call and 30 days of direct support.
How much is it?
It’s a one-time investment, revealed on the call so we can frame it against your store’s actual numbers. For most owners we work with, it’s less than one month of net profit. No retainer after.
Why only five a month?
Every install is one-on-one and we’re in every build session. Past five, quality drops, so we hold the line. When a month fills, you wait for the next one.
We’ll look at your store together and map exactly what your install would look like. If it’s not a fit, you’ll still leave knowing more about your business.
